Who we are

theProject. is an AI research and deployment entity managed by Tristan Smith. Our mission is to push the boundaries of personalized artificial intelligence. While Phoenix Arisen mimics a SaaS platform, it is currently a closed research prototype.

Restricted Access & Use at Own Risk

The Phoenix Arisen application is currently in a state dedicated to a single user: the developer (Tristan Smith).

If you have gained access to this application and you are not the intended administrator, you expressly acknowledge that:

You are accessing this software AT YOUR OWN RISK.
There is no guarantee of data persistence, privacy, or stability for unauthorized users.
Functionality may be broken, incomplete, or experimental.
theProject. reserves the right to terminate your unauthorized access at any time without notice.

Phoenix Arisen, its code, design, underlying algorithms, and "Project Phoenix" properties are the sole intellectual property of theProject.

Your Content

You provide input to the Services ("Input"), and receive output from the Services ("Output"). Subject to applicable law, you own your Input and Output. However, due to the nature of AI, Output may not be unique across users.

Accuracy & Limitations

Artificial intelligence is a rapidly evolving field. When you use our Services you understand and agree:

Output may not always be accurate. Do not rely on Output as a sole source of truth.
You must evaluate Output for accuracy and appropriateness before using it.
Our Services may provide incomplete, incorrect, or offensive Output that does not represent theProject.'s views.

Limitation of Liability

NEITHER WE NOR ANY OF OUR AFFILIATES WILL BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR EXEMPLARY DAMAGES. OUR AGGREGATE LIABILITY UNDER THESE TERMS WILL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF THE AMOUNT YOU PAID FOR THE SERVICE DURING THE 12 MONTHS BEFORE THE LIABILITY AROSE OR ONE HUNDRED DOLLARS ($100).
